These terms govern your use of Celindor, provided by Celindor AB, a company registered in Sweden (“Celindor”, “we”, “us”). By using Celindor you agree to these terms.

The service

Celindor is a personal AI agent with memory, available across devices and, where offered, as software you can self-host. Features are under active development and may change.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use Celindor.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Celindor for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• You are responsible for the content you provide to the agent and for how you use its output.

Third-party models and services

Celindor works with AI models and services you choose to connect. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

AI output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review output before relying on it, especially for important decisions.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Celindor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Celindor AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
